2025 Kick-off with a bang

Greetings, Marc here, Co-Founder and CEO of 4QT, with our latest updates and highlights. It’s been an exciting start to the year, including two top tier additions to our advisory board.

TLDR

Team & Talent

Figure 1 : Hanspeter Fässler initiation at the 4QT Monday team lunch

Thank you for your support dear network effect, we are more than proud to have won Dr. Hanspeter Fässler to our advisory board.

Hanspeter is co-founder of ANYbotics (quadruped inspection robots), and of Gravis Robotics (construction equipment automation). He also acts as chairman and vice-chairman in a number of public and private industrial companies.

Before that he was with ABB for more than 20 years in various country, regional, and divisional CEO roles, and as CEO of Implenia, Switzerland's largest construction services company. With a degree from Stanford University, he also completed the very first ETH Ph.D. in robotics in the late 80s!

When we are not cooking him lunch, Hanspeter is using his extensive experience to challenge us hard on how we build, how we sell, and how we prioritise, and we are loving every second of it!

Figure 2 : Amaru looking highly professional

We are equally excited to welcome Amaru Amiya to our advisory board!

Amaru is the Head of Strategic Partnerships at Tryg, where she drives innovation to penetrate and scale into untapped markets through high-impact collaborations. For the past decade, she has helped companies across sectors ranging from fintech to NGOs and high-growth startups scale and future-proof their businesses - balancing rapid execution with strategic foresight.

Beyond her corporate role, Amaru is currently completing her Executive MBA at IMD. We saw her sharp strategic perspective firsthand when she successfully pitched 4QT to established VC investors in Silicon Valley as part of the program. She is also a mentor for startup founders and young professionals, helping them develop the skills to turn vision into impact.

By challenging us to rethink what it truly takes to be future-ready, she will be helping us navigate the next phase of growth while building for tomorrow without losing speed today. Let’s just say, she keeps us on our toes!

Recognition and desk space

It’s a privilege to share some additional achievements that didn’t make it into our last update:

When pursuing big goals, celebrating small victories should not be overseen. We are proud to be recognised for the innovation we bring to the electrified construction space.

On a bigger note - we have also been selected to remain an additional year at Büro Züri Innovationspark in Dübendorf. This means both far lower operating costs and continued access to the heart of the Zurich hardware community. Excited to remain a part of it!
